If you are an existing customer please use our members area to get the latest software and change your account settings.
Technical support and software upgrades are available for 20% of the purchase price of the licenses. For this you will be able to enjoy the
benefits of technical support by phone and email, as well as being able to keep pace with DB Ghost as it grows from strength to strength.
This includes both minor and major upgrades.
You must continue to subscribe to the DB Ghost Support And Upgrade Service annually in order to continue receiving the same level of service.
Throughout your year long subscription, you’ll be able to download new versions of the products (minor and major upgrades) as often as you wish
as well as benefiting from free technical support via phone or email. And note that the same favourable discounts apply when purchasing for
multiple machine licenses. A simple subscription renewal each year will automatically keep the latest upgrades for DB Ghost rolling in and give
you peace of mind that you’re staying at the forefront of automated database change management solutions.
