Here we showcase some of the most recent new features of DB Ghost.
* More control...
Data and Schema objects are now separated in the Change Manager compare and upgrade process. So you can control missing, new or extra objects separately for Data and Schema.
* Splice and dice static data...
When comparing and upgrading data you can now control which tables, rows and even which columns are used in the process.
• Tables can be picked individually or automatically.
• Choose to compare all columns or individually select from the source columns.
• Rows can be filtered by adding statements for a where clause.

Soon we will be adding the ability to compare and upgrade a subset of a schema. This will be useful in situations where you do not "own" the whole schema. e.g. where a customer adds custom objects to your database post deployment, or where you are shipping customizations to a third party system.
